The lady at the desk (Wendy) does not know how to do her job. The day before I was suppose to go into the Hosp. after starting my fast and drinking that stuff she called me and said that my insurance was the wrong insurance for Harris. So what the heck am I suppose to do. I told the lady that I have been bleeding for the last 50 days when I go to the bathroom. She didn't seem to care much. I just hung up the phone. The Dr. may be OK, but there staff is very unprofessional and don't seem to know what to do or how to do anything. I felt like mad and sad at the same time. I will go somewhere else. And btw I have full insurance that pays for everything.

I called to make an appointment by referral from my doctor. I have been sick for months. The rudest and most tactless person I have ever dealt with answered the phone. She started grilling me about my referral like I was lying about having one. Then she asked "whats even wrong with you that makes you think you need to come in?" WTF? Is that any of her medically uneducated business. SHe acted as if I was lying. Then she tells me a paper referral isn't good enough. My doctor needs to call personally and they aren't even scheduling new appointments until April. Then she hung up on me. I am a fairly rational and very polite person. I have no idea what constituted this kind of behavior but if it was between life and death going to this office. I would die.
