I hired Mr. Hamilton's company to clean my very large, very light-colored carpeting in Westover Hills. The cleaning was long overdue plus my wife is a cat lover. They showed up on time, early as a matter of fact which was good since I had an urgent errand come up. I let them in and thinking I would be back before they were done, I didn't leave a check. Plus I figured the amount would be more than the quoted price after they saw the stains, etc. Well I got back a little later than planned and I came back to beautiful, new-looking carpet. They had deoderized and removed all the stains and the price didn't change. They had left and locked the door behind them with a note that I could call them to pick up the check or mail it to them. I am not one to write reviews but I really feel they deserve it. Good, honest customer service is so hard to count on these days.
