My experience with Joyce Tallant left me looking for a new lender. After numerous calls were not returned I lost faith in this company's reliability. If I can't count of my lender to return my call, answer questions about closing costs, and provide a pre-approval letter then I certainly can't count on them to ensure my loan is processed correctly and I can close on my new home. It became quite clear after dealing with several staff members that my first loan originator had the self-respect to quit suddenly without notice, taking her loan processor with her. This should have been my red flag to move on to another lender. Please save yourself the headache and find another lender.
