Take your $ somewhere else. I drove so far to see this place but I regret it. If I could I would give them 0 stars.They seem very professional but if they don’t agree with you they turn everything around and try to blame you saying "well it was your choice" of course it was but they are the so called professional ones advising you. Terrie the manager lacks not only professionalism but class. She went as low as hanging up on me when I wasn’t even yelling nor being disrespectful she simply did not like the legitimate proof of the defects on the dress I sent to her. I provided her with actual photos yet she stated that such dresses have the same defects yet she would not provide me with any of the similar defects to the same dresses. Yes I understand we have five days to look over the dress and send it back but that doesn’t mean the defects won’t show up later on. They failed to inform me that the Zebra dress may end up having the fish line protruding after a while even after I had asked from the beginning how to maintain the ruffles nice and full. Terrie claimed to help me out by clipping the protruded fish string but I would have to pay the shipping. I thought that was a joke but that’s the type of help she offered me.

They never answer the number on their website you have to call (817) 625-9400. They also never reply to the messages you send to them to get information on their products. They claim to note everything down but what is to their convenience.

I’m not sure about you but when a manager asks a costumer “so in a perfect world what would you like to do?” it shows they lack the knowledge of not only costumer service but of their own product. Having a business with the words Quinceañera Mall a person would assume this is the perfect place to finding what you need for such events but it’s not only disappointing but sad to know the reality. I feel for future clients they may get that may end up having issues with them cus they will get nowhere as I have. It’s okay though, there is a God and he knows my daughter deserves much better on her day and that is what she will get considering the set back. He knows these women are not running this place as it should be. There is more I can tell but I would be wasting my time.

All I can say is if you want the ideal dress purchase it close to home to prevent nightmares like the one me and my daughter are going through. I wish you all the best GOD BLESS!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

What a horrific experience I have had with this company. The owner Cary double charged my account with out even an apology. I pre order the item I needed 1 month ahead of time, 3 weeks after I placed my order I called because of the double charge and inquired about the status of my order, she replied that sorry it would take a couple ok weeks more and that too bad and go buy it somewhere. As a business owner I can not even imagine treating someone so horribly. What a disgrace to the quinceanera and bridal professional community!
