Ordered online through 1800Flowers. Gifts by Gair was the florist used. Bouquet delivered, although pretty, looked nothing like what was ordered, and was smaller and less full than pictured. Contacted 1800Flowers; they had florist pick up the original bouquet and deliver a replacement. Same thing. Does not look like picture shown online; and the second bouquet was even smaller. Will not use them again.

Husband ordered online for Valentine's Day but to be delivered on Friday. Got V Day leftovers I guess. He was disappointed and said it looked nothing like the picture online. Vase did not even come close to matching flowers that were placed it in. No longer will he order online. Better deals at supermarket! Dang!
