I received a call from Stacy that she would be at our home in 30 minutes. She was prompt,friendly and did an excellent job.She kept working on the spot on the carpet until it was gone. We are very pleased.

Don was absolutely fantistic! He was very friendly and professional. My carpets look great! He asked what I wanted done and made sure that I was happy before he left. I purchased the offer from Amazon and was very pleased.

The team that just finished cleaning both of my duplexes were wonderful. They were extremely professional, explained everything prior to starting the job, with no hidden fee (which is very refreshing). They were extremely careful to not let my pets out and careful with the furniture. I have scheduled my next cleaning requesting the best cleaning crew ever, John (The Stainmaster) & Stacy. RUDE!!!!!!! I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful company in my life. We purchased an amazon groupon with this company and when they came out they said I had to pay another $70 for shampoo which was included in the cost of the groupon I purchased. The guy wouldn't even talk to me. He said if I wouldn't pay extra he won't do the service the walked out and slammed my door leaving his female partner in my house looking stunned. When she saw him get in the truck she ran after him. Absolutely uncalled for!!!!! I will NEVER use this company and will make sure this story is heard by as many people as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found this company using groupon and loved them! My husband was home while they steam cleaned our carpets. When I got home from work the fresh, clean smell was the first thing I noticed then I saw the wonderful job they did on our carpets. It has now been a few weeks and our carpets still look great! Although I did not personally speak to anyone at the company my husband told me they were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Allstar to clean my carpets at my home in NFW / Keller for 3 years now. I've been happy with there work and for the most part prompt timing. I know there are a lot of companies out there but they have been real fair on there pricing with me over the years and great service.

This couple cleaned my carpet spotless clean, explained everything prior to working, told me the cost upfront, and did not come up with any extra fees/charges. They did their job efficiently, with a smile, and gave me pointers on how to get stains out: go get that from any other company!

The worst customer service!! Do not use this company, when they "cleaned" my carpet it stayed wet for almost 3 days and guess what..my carpet is still dirty. No one answers the phone at the office and when they do they are very unprofessional. I made 3 appointments for my carpet to be re-cleaned and nobody showed up or called me to reschedule. Also they charged more than what is advertised on their website. Please save yourself a headache!!!!

Great job my carpets were cleaned a week ago guys were great removed all my stains carpets dry very quick.No spots returned,customer service was great.Guys show up right on time very polite.Great job guys will be using them again.

When I called to request an estimate they quoted me $89+tax for 3 bedrooms and a living room. The cheapest between Blackmon mooring, Dalworth, and Elephant carpet cleaners. Scheduled it for the next day. The technician called 30 min prior to appointment to confirm availability. Arrived on time and had a quick chat about stains. Rust and paint on my carpet. He said definitely could get the rust out but not the paint. Pre-treated and steam cleaned using a truck mounted system. I would say he spent a good 45-55 min in my house cleaning. I was very satisfied with the overall experience from scheduling, service and price. thanks and would definitely use again.

I have been using this cleaning company for a couple years now.And they always work very hard to remove my stains i had pet stains and now there all gone and the pet odor is gone too.Im a happy customer,we will be calling to schedule our tile to be cleaned.Thanks again for your great service.
