Went to Fridays with a party of 6. The waitress did not know the menu at all. She seemed annoyed every time we asked a question. It took a really long time for the appetizers, entrees, and drinks to get to the table. The waitress would disappear and we would have to ask the bus boys for refills. The Reuben sandwich didn't have any thousand island sauce on it. When we asked for more sauce, we were charged for it. We asked for mayo for the burger, and got charged for it. . The ordeal was finally over after 2 hours! Terrible experience and when we expressed our concerns to the manager, he seemed just as incapable. He advised that we ask for another waitress next time. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!

We visited store #0383 and check #727. The problem came when we went to pay, the waitress that took care of us came and we gave her the coupon and she said the manager could not honor the coupon because we ordered the 3 course meal.I asked what does the 3 course meal have to do with anything. She got really upset and went to get the manager. The manager came to talk to us and just said that he'll take the coupon this one time. I told him that this is the second time he does this to us and there will not a third time. We have been embarressed and humiliated by the manager,disrespected by the wairtress after we asked for our deserts to go. This is a place where we frequent a lot either before going to the movie theatre or after, but after this experience for the second time, that is it, we are done.I will not spend my money in this restaurant again. Please have someone from corporate talk to these individuals and explain to them how to treat their customers if you want them to return again.
