Dropped off my 640 I at service after the engine blew in about 8 inches of water. Needed a full engine replacement. Cost me and my insurance 20 K to fix they have been paid and my car still is not driving correctly and sitting at service. Corporate does not care that I am feeling like the car is never going to be right again and will not assist in putting me into another BMW to keep me happy as a client. Ultimate Driving Experience ? Hmmmmm for what I pay I would expect more

As a student of Customer Service, I always find it interesting when I'm on the position of a client and someone supersedes my harshest standards on how to treat a client. Excellent job and you earned a client for life. bought my bmw with Florian Godoy.
