My first time there today, the selection was good but the fish should be on more ice.

In addition It would be nice if they should offer you a bag of ice to keep the fish fresh. I used to get that in Huntington NY, here in Fort Lauderdale it's much hotter so it is a must to keep the fish fresh.

I was very excited to see that Verne the owner has returned and that the product selection has resumed to the diverse options as well as the lowered pricing. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at their market and having options of produce, sauces, butter, cheese and even bacon to complete the meal and since Verne had been gone their product was drastically changing. This is a very convenient market to quickly find all the fixings needed to make a delicious fish or seafood dinner with great quality and exceptional service. Thank you Verne for returning, your personal touch was missed.

I actually know this seafood store as"The Fish Peddler East". I was told about this wonderful boutique seafood monger while standing in line at Publix's seafood counter one day last year. Ever since, this is the only place I go to purchase fresh seafood. This little find is far superior to Whole Foods seafood counter. I highly recommend the Fish Peddler especially when you want the best and freshest.

Don't even get started here. Very backward in business practices. Such as ONE phone line and no call waiting or message center. Get tired of calling back so we went to another supplier and wow ... saved a solid 15%.They also claim tom have something when you call but "funny thing" it sold out just before you got there! Just a poorly run business that cares nothing for its customers.
