June 19, 2010 my Grandmother passed unexpectedly and Mr. Bell was chosen by our family to conduct the services, the service was held June 26, 2010, the service was wonderful the family was well pleased. A problem arose with one of Mr. Bell's staff members after the services were completed. Months later, I addressed Mr. Bell of the issues that our family had to deal with and he stated that he was unaware of what happened, so after the meeting Mr. Bell, apologized and handled the matter at hand in a very professional and apologetic manner along with his staff member. In regards to Elijah Bell's Funeral Home, I can speak for myself and on behalf of my family and say that Mr. Bell is a Man of Integrity so I recommend to anyone that deals with Elijah Bell's Funeral Home and you have an issue please don't hold it in like I did, he will address the issue and handle it professionally and in a timely manner. Very cheap service!! Location was inside of a stripmall. The location could not hold all the guests!
