Love this rink! !! If your looking for family fun this it's a place you should take the family out to this roller rink. I have slated here for years. The owners are great and are willing to help in the community by holding free events as well as fundraisers for schools daycare and others to name a few. Anyone who writesa negative review on this rink might just be a negative person and looking for a reason to get something for nothing.

I Have Never Been But I Hope My Grandfather Takes Me Today. Because Yesterday He Brought Up What Time It Was For Today. So I'm Crossing My Fingers. Wish Meh Luck.

I drove an hour to take my daughter skating at this Douglasville rink. The skates that were handed to me needed to be thrown away as the shoe was coming away from the sole. There was also a tear in them. I asked for new skates and was handed another pair with gum entirely circimferecing the wheels. Well, I wanted to skate not ride a roller coaster and asked for a reund as they had no more skates in my size, which is 6, only to discover that there were no more. I was also told that they did not give refunds. It s no wonder that this place has so few customers with their rude attitude. Evidently they have so much money that they do not need mine nor do they want repeat customers.Management needs to clean this place up and fix or replace the skates they are trying to rent. Worst rink I have ever been to. And I have been to alot of them, considering I am 52 years young.

We told the door person that we were having a birthday party and they even saw us bring a cake in. An hour after we had gotten there an employee walked over to the table and tried to pick up our cake without saying anything. When we questioned them, they said "No outside food unless you had paid for one of there party packages". The package for 15 people is $125 which included food. WE had already SPENT over $200 on admission and food but since it was not booked ahead of time they said we could not do the party package or give a refund for the difference. SO we spent more then package would have cost and then they would only let us keep the cake for an additional $25 dollars. They did all of this right in front of the whole birthday party. Did I mention the kids ranged from 3 to 14? I will never go there again and will make a point to tell people about rude staff, lack of understanding and greediness. Not to mention the place was filthy!
