Joe is awesome and so is his work! He got me in the very next day (I called in the afternoon) and he fixed both "dings/creases" on my Jaguar while I waited. He took the time to explain exactly what I should expect and to look around the car to make sure we weren't missing anything. He even did some extra work to help with another issue he saw at no charge! Heads up though he is now @ 11809 Quincy Ln, Dallas, TX 75230 (not in Addison anymore). I think I will be seeing him again pretty soon to have another of my vehicles taken care of!

I would highly recommend this business. I contacted Mr. Cranshaw, the owner, late in the afternoon about a dent removal, and he was able to meet me later that same evening to repair the dent. Given the type of dent, he was not sure he would be able to completely remove it, but he did an excellent job, and to my eyes the dent was imperceptable. I really appreciated the effort he made to do this job, and he saved me from having to deal with the rental car agency over a possible bill for this door ding by repairing it at a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend Mr. Cranshaw, and Dallas Paintless Dent Repair, for his professional work ethic, and for under promising and over delivering.
