not a pleasant experience at all

Some of the staff did a good job but there were too many instances where staff members were rude, including one dr. who yelled at me around 2010 or 2011 in front of his intern, when i had come in to tell him very nicely and without any disrespect- my shots had been too strong. I left in tears. I was ablre to secure another Dr. also at the worthington and hilliard ohio offices ; and she did do well with ensuring the correct dosage, however her nurses were extremely rude snd disrespectful when answering the phone and taking down info the one time a year i would call in. Once a nurse shut down ten minutes earlier than the center should have closed for shots, and wouldnt still take me even though the door was locked at 1150 .... my suggestion is to get the nurses some business training : you cant be disrespectful to patients who are trying to be friendly towards you and just asking basic questions about their care. I mentioned to them at the end that i would be switching doctors because of the manner in which i was talked to and instead of trying to save me as a customer the nurse interrupted me and said " well since you wont be a patient here anymore we can end this call now. ....After intterruptg me the whole time i was trying to explain to her that i wasnt happy with the manner that she and her colleague had been talking to me... the nurses actually hung up on me.

Have been on allergy shots for years and still not getting any better. I am fed up and going to switch allergist!

How stupid, aren't they gettin...

How stupid, aren't they getting paid enough as it is... Midwest Allergy just started in March of 2011 charging $10 per prescription for a letter to be sent to your child's school if they need administered medicine while in school or if while on a field trip... how stupid. They just lost four patients. If you have been conned into having to pay this stupid fee, please leave a negative feedback here and anywhere else you can to stop this outrageously stupid fee.
