I had a vintage watch serviced here at a substantial cost. The watch came back with a loose bracelet. The watch also continued to work poorly. I took the watch at the suggestion of a very reputable jeweler to Montgomery Jewelers in Cincy. They are one of the only jewelers in Ohio to be be able to repair the bracelet. I asked them to look at the watch to see why it was not keep time. It appears that the watch was never serviced. I called the owner and informed him of the matter. He belittle me as a concerned citizen, accused me of calling his watchmaker a crook and hung up on me. His rudeness was astonishing. I would avoid this place of business at all cost. If you have any vintage timepieces run the other way and head down to Montgomery Jewelers.

Went in to buy a watch for my dad for the holidays. Owner Would not shake my hand, nor smile. When I explained why I was there he just turned away, Says he doesn't sell to black people. Really, in 2015?

Owner seems knowledgeable and honest, but he is about the least friendly businessman I ever met. I have dealt with him 3 or 4 times now and it has been the same every time, no matter how respectful I try to be to him. I won't go back except as a last resort.

Great place to buy silver and gold, low mark-up and was very helpful with my estate appraisal. Expert coin guy.

Super fast service on my watches. I got three batteries changed and a new band for one of them in 15 min. Huge selection of watch bands, all sizes 6mm to 26mm and lots of colors as well.

Called to discuss buying and selling silver and the snob on the other end would not even discuss it over the phone. I guess you have to make a trip there every time you need to ask a question. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.
