Today, I went to pick up my layaway. I noticed all my merchandise wasn't in the box. I told the manger. She went back to check and claimed she didn't see anything. I was extremely upset. This place has poor customer service.

First, the cashier didn't check the box like she was supposed to. Second, the manager didn't care about my missing item (boots). She could've at least asked for my information and check again throughly for my shoes at a later time.

Also, the cashier stated she saw my shoes in the system. So they were there somewhere but I went to the shoes area and of course I didn't see them . So now I'm thinking A.) someone stole the boots or B.)someone put my boots to the side for themselves. Lets just say I'll never shop at Burlington again.
