I am the office manager and I am they person that arranges the carpet cleaning. I have had them clean our carpets for years now. Just great reliable service. They work hard to keep my business and that is why they keep me coming back.

I'm in charge of having our office space cleaned and we hire them for it. They have been very dependable for us so we have been using them for years now.

3 years with this company so i decided to write a good review! takes care of my area rugs, free pick up and delivery and have always been ontime!!

A few weeks ago I moved, and the movers ripped the upholstery on my sofa. As if that wasn't bad enough the sofa was so dirty I didn't even want to sit on it. My friend gave me the number of Flat Rate Carpet. They came to my home that day to give me a price in person. The price was great, and he did the work right then and there. Only a few hours after I called my sofa was repaired, clean and dry. Now I can relax in my new home, and when I need my carpets cleaned I'll know who to call! They were helpful and did great work.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. High prices and terrible cleaning.The cleaning crews don't even speak English.Do not use this company.
