MacDermid Printing Solutions manufactures liquid photopolymer resins and plate-making equipment for the flexographic converting industry. The company s products include Merigraph, a brand of photopolymer plates used in the corrugated, multi-wall bag, preprint linerboard, book, flexible packaging, cups and tubs and tag- and label-printing markets, and Twinlock, a material that is mounted on flexographic printing cylinders to eliminate the need for double-sided adhesive tapes. Merigraph and Twinlock, as well as the company s other products, have been installed and used at more than 300 businesses throughout North America. MacDermid Printing Solutions is headquartered in Atlanta and operates sales offices in Wilmington, Del., and Naperville, Ill. It is a subsidiary of MacDermid Incorporated, an international manufacturer of specialty chemicals and systems.
