I was having difficulty with a new washer/dryer laundry center. Stanley came from Ortega's Appliance Service and did a thorough check of the appliance. He advised me on how to use them more efficiently since my laundry loads are smaller than a family would use. He found what looked like a minor dent on the outside that I hadn't noticed. The inside showed the structural integrity was compromised and would eventually cause problems. As a result, the vendor will replace the unit. He also detected a faint smell of natural gas. A plumber found a very small leak in the hot water unit. I am so pleased with the quality of service and sincere customer orientation that I would happily recommend Ortega's to anyone. With any future appliance service I need, I will definitely call them with confidence. Thank you!

The service person was very nice and appeared very knowledgeable. Turns out it was the fuse to the dryer which was why it was not heating. My total bill was $183.43 for a fuse that costs $20 bucks and he ran the vacuum through the dryer to clean up the cotton. I suggest you call someone more reasonable unless your willing to pay the high price!

I called for an appointment to have them check out my washer. The appointment was set for the next day. They were very willing to work with my schedule. Joe was there when I got there. He took a few minutes to check out the machine and told me what was wrong with it. He then called the parts house to make sure the part was available and it was. He came back the next day and repaired the machine. This was the easiest and least stressful service call I have ever had to deal with. BIG STARS FOR ORETGA'S AND JOE!

Call for appt. person on the line request make and model of washer. I didn't make but was able to give model. She looked up the info and was very helpful with setting up the repair appt. $70 to view the washer is high but she informed me that that will be placed against the repair bill.
