Not so Happy Hour!. Garduno's set a new low with their service. We cam in for happy hour and there were three of us. There was an open table that has not been cleaned. No less than 4 staff members walked by while we were waiting to have it cleared and didn't acknowledge us or the situation. Finally the girl from behind the taco bar went to find a buser. When he finally showed up it took hip FOREVER to clean the table. I was looking for the hidden camera to see if e were on a game show. Finally sat down. and my wife went to get some chips form the salsa bar. About 10 minutes later our waitress came by to take our drink order. We also asked for water. 15 minuites later the drinks arrive but still no water. So I went to to bar to get it myself. We placed our order and she disappeared. by this point we were ready for another round. Still can't find here to take the order. 20 minuites after one request to track down our order. She brought out the tacos that she put together 5 feet away from our table. Empty water glasses. No one even bother to look or bring a picture around. My second trip to the bar to refill the water. 45 minutes after the order was placed my wings(10) show up. that was after an additional request to find out what happened. ( no napkins or settings). 10 minuets later 3 additional tacos show up that we ordered over 30 minutes prior.



All this from an mostly empty restaurant. We like the food but after so many bad service experiences we will neither return nor recommend this to anyone!!!!



The entire wait staff and management needs to be replaced!

We used to frequent this location until we had a problem one time with the food (gnat in soda and tacos fell apart) and the manager (women with long gray hair) didn't handle it professionally. She was rather rude so we stopped going for 2 yrs. We've returned, but the food is prepared in a 'get it done and get it out' attitude. The buffet has gone downhill as they've removed the queso.
