Tripled my rates bc I booked ONLINE and had to extend due to a personal car problems. They acted and treated my funds like it was a 3rd party when it is THEIR COMPANY! Then, I needed gas as I ran out and I PAID CASH to the man on the spot! They informed me two weeks later, bounced my small debit card and charged me a fuel delivery fee.
This is the worst car rental company you can possibly use. Do yourself a favor, get a secured credit card (people only use Avis and budget because they cater to debit card holders) and rent from oh.....ANYBODY ELSE! Picking up a car here? They have ONE only ONE employee, her name is Cindy, they work her so hard she doesn't even get to take lunch and I should know, as I picked up several cars, AT LUNCH. She was trying to get relieved with a line of 7-10 people! 4-5 computers and a prepay machine sitting there UNUSED! This is why the world is in such trouble, companies like yours! Thanks for the 3 gallons of gas that cost me almost $100!
