We have used Cocos Plumbing for 2 pretty large Plumbing jobs and we were completely satisfied. The timeliness, professionalism and the entire experience was as pleasant as a big plumbing job can be. Bill came to look at both job prior to the work, discussed with us what would be done and wrote up the estimate (which was spot on). He came by during the jobs and checked on the progress. We were very pleased. Jason did most of the work on both jobs and he a great job. He was friendly yet professional. Cocos Plumbing will be who we call whenever we have a plumbing issue.

BEWARE IS RIGHT!!!!!!!

I am a contractor and have used Cocos Plumbing several times, my biggest business mistake ever. Cocos Plumbing will charge you five times more than your contract price in extras. They will also do substandard work read the reviews. When you call the office to get them to return, Bill Cocos a plumbing salesmen at best will tell you they have your money its your problem now. If you notice all the positive reviews they get and that are on there website are all family members. Pretty tricky or pretty sleazy. They can not get real positive reviews from customers because they screw all of there customers.

BEWARE

Cocos Plumbing replaced my lateral line the other year and flooded my basement. They never called to say when they were going to dig, so I could not make adjustment to my landscaping. After they replaced the line, they never communicated what the next step was, so I had a mount of dirt for over a week in my front yard. Then they came back and used my water to saturate the ground and never informed us they were going to do that. I came home from a doctor’s appointment to water leaking in my basement from the front faucet. So I turned off the main and they complained they need the water and didn’t care about my basement. Now I have to replace the carpeting and custom closets and I had mold and mildew. I understand that a pipe broke and it wasn’t completely their fault, but they should have called and informant me that they were going to do some work and I would have stayed home and could have caught the leak earlier and we could have avoided all of the damage. Luckily I came home early and stopped it when I did, and they had no clue. Just because they’re outside doesn't mean that they aren't doing anything to the inside. Terrible customer service, I do NOT recommend their service no matter what the price.

Low Quality and Commitment to work performed

We contracted Cocos Wm G Plumbing to perform some basic plumbing for us. We were experiencing sewage back-ups in our basement and we had them come to snake and camera the sewage line to let us know what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They came out and snaked/cameraed our line and discovered that a portion of our sewage line in our backyard needed to be replaced. They determined where the line was, marked our lawn with spray paint and stakes indicating where the stretch of pipe was that needed to be replaced. My husband and I are on a very tight budget so we went out for bids on contractors to fix the line. Cocos Wm G Plumbing came in sufficiently higher than some of the other contractors, so we selected another company to do the line replacement. The company we hired started working and they dug right where Cocos had indicated the line was with the stakes and paint. They dug 9 feet deep into our yard and informed us that there is no pipe there to be found. We called Cocos back and were informed that they do not guarantee their work and that since we did not hire them to replace the line they were not interested in helping us relocate the line. They then informed us that they would have had no problem finding the line and we had made a mistake by going with another company (even though Cocos would have dug directly where they indicated the line was also) In other words they did not guarantee the quality of their work that we had contracted them to do and did not have the ethics to help us out when we came back to them. They also indicated that we had been wrong by going to a less expensive (and yet highly recommended) company. I would NOT recommend using this company to do your work.
