Called for service late one afternoon and made appointment for first thing the next morning. Universal Door and Gate arrived on time, replaced the door spring assembly and had the door working again in about an hour.

The garage technician from Universal Door and Gate arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. Repaired our broken spring, inspected the entire garage door, checked all bolts in the door, adjusted the cable, tightened the chain. Very well done.
