I bought a pair of jeans, apparently you they have no display on there windows saying if you buy something and something happens after 1 week they will refund it. I took a pair of jeans in that where ripping mind I not add $250 pair of jeans. The manager told me they could have them repaired. Now who in the hell spends $250 pair of jeans and they rip and gets a response as they will repair them. Who wants the jeans repaired. I was completely in aww when I was told that. I also took my first pari fo jeans back due to the zipper being defected and got my jeans two months later.. no call , but then when I did call to complain I got a $20 gift certificate.. LOL. .. Bottom line awful customer service. I then told them when jeans are defected at other stores etc. Nordstrom . They will take it back. She then told me they are not Nordstrom and hope not to be that big.. Go figure...I would suggest to drive 1 more hour and buy your jeans in Phoenix just in case something does happen you may get better customer service..
