I went to AA after I had been looking for a part online, thru retail and several salvage yards. When finally I came across these guys they were very helpful, put a reference number on my part request. Paid for it over the phone and they let me know in less than a hour the part was ready for pickup. Jim was very courteous I will use these guys first when needing parts in the future.

I went there looking for a motor for my mother in laws car and the had one. they all so help me with a info on a place that could put it in for me at a low cost. they where very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this place to any one that need good used parts for there car truck van or suv. thank you guys for helping me out you guys are the best

my fuel pump went out so i called a moblie repair shop and was quoted 300!!! so i called aa auto parts and was charged 150!!! they came out the very next day with the part and installed it within an hour i was so happy the service was excellent and they made sure my car was running and i was satisfied before leaving. i am very happy with the service that was provided and i will use them again...

Worst customer service ever!! You’d really have to improve to be bad. We called to verify they had the part in stock still they would not go check before we made the trip to pay them for the part. From there we had to wait 6 hours for them to pull the part and then go up again. We waited for the call which was late, so we called them to verify it was ready and ask them to hold the nuts and such for us because some were destroyed in the removal of the old part. After calling them we get the call its ready. They told us to come in they would get us the nuts and bolts. We chose to wait until the next day after reading other reviews. We arrive in the afternoon expecting to pick up the part and nuts and bolts, an hour and half later we have the part but no nuts and bolts to attach it with. So it took them 3 days to pull a wiper motor they could offer the customer service to hold the nuts and bolts even for us to buy from them. Don't waste your time here, the service sucks and when they say they have a part they really don't have it. You pay for the part and make you wait all day for it then they pull out the wrong part. The fat guy at the register should get fired, he's an idiot. Ovid this place at all costs.
