Towson appliance has taken care of all my appliances for over 20 years. I always ask for Rick who is the "Ken Jennings" of appliances. I think he has worked on everything in our house with a motor. If it's repairable he will repair it, and if not he lets you know that up front.

I contacted them today to repair my range, in talking with them they told me I had given them a deposit last year but they never did any work. Shawna told me this and then she quickly handed the phone to Regina, the manager, because it didn't sound like she was supposed to tell me that...I had contacted them last year to fix an issue with my range but had to get someone else to do the repair because they wouldn't get back in touch with me, this is of course after I had given them a deposit. When I talked with them today Regina seemed to remeber the exact conversation word for word and screamed at me that I told them not to call me back. This is dishonest buisiness practice and I don't want anyone else to be fooled by them...Regina them proceeded to hang up on me twice, i called back a third time and canceled the appointment i had for this upcoming monday to ensure they didn't try to pull some missed appointment fee or something...

initial contact with company made in late December to fix range hood motor. Ordered wrong part, took broken motor with them late January, as of February 27, still not fixed and no phone calls. When calling the office, the lady answering the phone is rude and does not want to help you, nor put you in touch with a supervisor or manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
