Provided by YP.comI had a very positive experience w Kim helping me w a tile issue. She is professional and very good at figuring out ways around a tile issue. The customer service she provided was the best and I would send my friends and family to Mill Creek and ask for Kim! Thanks for your help!!!

Provided by YP.comI will start by saying most people that review businesses have complaints. There are probably many satisfied customers of this business. I spent 3 months after my carpet was installed to try and get Mill Creek to respond to my concerns about the installation. This included 2 calls to the company president, Jack Rodden. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and Bruce from the north Oklahoma City location scheduled our carpeting to be redone on a Friday after 3:00 pm. By 7:00 pm, it was evident that no one was coming. I was done with Mill Creek. My credit card had the charge reversed and I was okay with the status quo. Then I received a bill from Mill Creek for the full amount, so I contacted them again. After 3 months, I finally got someone responsible from Mill Creek to come look at my carpet. He explained that my 25 foot hallway had to be laid the way it was because the rolls are 12 feet long which left me with two seams in the middle of the hall a foot apart. I accepted that it was probably the best it could be, but complained that had I been told this even before installation or when I first expressed concern, I would not have gone through all the trouble I did to get Mill Creek to pay attention to me. He was cordial but all he could offer was an apology since he concluded that there was no real problem. What he didn't understand is that I had a perceived problem that could have been taken care of very easily but I was pretty much ignored by Mill Creek except from their billing department.
