Provided by SuperpagesOur visit to dr. Proper was nothing short of superlative. I and my family have been going to Dr. Proper for many years. We would not see any other dermatologist. He is well educated, a dermatologist, MOHs surgeon and dermatopatholigist, courteous, and an excellent diagnostician and surgeon. You will find no better or more educated dermatologist. I recommend Dr. Proper without reservation. I recommend him without reservation for all dermatological needs.
