I can honestly say that I am truly satisfied with the way my attorney and my paralegal, Sheila Falcone, have provided their experience and assistance with the settlement following a motor vehicle accident. Received a call after submitting short info. My husband walked into a hospital with sore feet and died 2 weeks later after 2 weeks of pain, bleeding, and toes turning black. At end was septic and kidney failure. I got all records, pics, and documentation but was told NO. WHY? Maybe he was too old (71), Morgan couldn't get millions with Fl limits? In pain 24 hrs/day for 2 weeks, bleeding to death, toes rotting, and finally only relief was death. FOR THE PEOPLE if you are able to get them millions. The regular guy tortured by medical staff is not worth the time even if you have already done a lot of the work for them. They didn't even want to took at the records, pics, or documentation.

I called them yesterday. I asked if I was speaking to a call center due to the noise in the background and they said no! When I gave them my information they said they could not take my case. when I asked why they said that they could not provide me with that information. REALLY I only clicked one for there rating because there wasn't a ZERO.

Don't let these people fool you. They don't care about the people, they only care about the big cases. I grew up thinking Morgan, Colling, and Gilbert were for the people, but when I need Morgan and Morgan's help, my case isn't good enough for them, so once again big insurance wins. Thanks a lot Morgan and Morgan, for nothing.

I was rear-ended at a traffic light on Jan. 11, 2914. 3 herniated discs and 1 bulging. Today, June 3, I was told that there is nothing that can be done. I have lost $20 for towing, $1000 to have my car fixed, $389 for a rental car for two weeks that it took to fix my car, $1800 in lost wages, $280 out of pocket medical bills, and pain and suffering for three straight months, unable to sleep, or move without pain. I had to drive to doctors, tests, therapy, chiropractors, ortheopedic surgeons, keep a daily diary of my pain and for what? All I ask is that I get refunded the money I put out because of no fault of mine. I was stopped at a red light. I will not recommend this company to anyone. What is unique is you did not help me at all. I got no good service or help to resolve this total stop to my life. I had to quit my bowling team, my tennis teams and my job for three months. I feel you did not fight for me. For the people! Am I not a person? Please give me what I have lost.

we went to mediation today with Andrew Bragg.You should be proud of the manner in which he conducts himself . We could not ask to be treated any better by anyone .
