The staff at this Ice Cold Air are the best. The staff always goes above and beyond and the work in done right the first time and at a reasonable price. The customer service is the best and Tony, Greg, and Teon are the best. I will continue to return here for all my car repairs.

Gary is no longer there and all staff has changed. I reported that the aircon doors were not being activated properly and the cruise control was not working and added that as it was an old van there was probably a bad plastic vacuum hose or vacuum motor bad. They called a week later and said the intake manifold was "not holding a vacuum" Actually there is only a vacuum when the motor is running but they insisted that the intake manifold gasket must be changed. Three weeks later, after I called for status reports several times they said the intake manifold was full of carbon and dirt and needed to be replaced. I went up to have a look and they had pried the splash plate up to see the carbon inside. I knew this was normal and complained and took the manifold to have it hot tanked and cleaned. Napa cleaned it and put the deflector back in new condition for 40.00 which is very good and it looked like new again. It took two months for Ice Cold to finish and AC not working.

They are open again, new owners? Totally different staff now.

I took the van for a drive. Cruise control and speedo not



working. I found the speedo cable had not been put back on so I put it on myself. So I know there was not test drive to confirm it was working. AC doors still not working when changing from floor to regular AC to defrost. Another lie.



The idle is now a bit rough... perhaps from the new manifold



gasket as the advance was set up with a small vacuum leak.



The bill about 800.00 for nothing. This used to be a good



shop when Jeff was running it but now all employees are



changed so its a new operation but I think the same owner



who has another Ice Cold Air.



Got a call from a lady asking how the service was. I told



her as above and she said the owner would call and talk to



me. Lady owner apparently. Never received a call 10 days



later. Needless to say I can't go back there again. Apparently she owns Two Ice Cold Air facilities in Tampa.



I wonder what happened to Gary? All was ok when he was there and I used the shop for seveal years for all my AC needs on both vehicles.

IF GARY IS INDICITAVE OF ALL THE ICE COLD AIR MANAGERS THEN THIS IS ONE LUCKY COMPANY...THEY DO A TOP NOTCH JOB AND SAVE YOU MONEY AND GARY MAKES SURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED

This place is fast and friendly,I highly recommend it. I'm used to getting awful service at am expensive price this place was the opposite. Thank you ice cold air, on Hillsborough

Had our brakes just fixed there and I feel I saved a bundle...at least a lot less than the place that does "just Brakes"..they wanted me to do the whole brakes all around...at Ice cold air..the mechanic took me out and showed me the problem and we only needed brakes in the front all the way and only brake pads in the back...saved at least 450!!!! from the other place..Gary told me that even if we did need them all he would have saved me at least 250 dollars....thanks guys!

had our ac fixed there last week saved over 400.00!!! from other quotes. the place across the street a little farther up really tried to screw us I wont mention names, but really guys. The owner at ice cold was real nice and gave me and my son a ride home. plan on going back for other stuff...
