This company has been unresponsive, incompitent and they have actually lied about their closing responsibilities. A process that should've taken a week is now rounding week 4, without so much as an apology for the hold-up. Whether you are buying or selling, STAY AWAY fFROM CAPITAL TITLE. If I ever buy a home again I will walk away before trying to deal with this poor excuse of a company again.
