The paperwork they provide for your company to use is awesome. Their staff are friendly for the most part, they seem to attempt to stay current technology wise. Problem exist with implementation, they have a large issue with accountability. It's never their fault, even though it blatantly is, or they give you a long drawn out speech about how it's the software's fault, insurance's fault, etc etc.



They do not negotiate price, even when they're costing you money because of slow billing and/or errors. Pain in the rear to get ahold of them via their new phone system and lack of staff training. Our staff has to constantly go back and audit them from behind the scenes to discover their errors, and when we approach them about it, it's someone else's fault, never theirs.



Look elsewhere, they may look polished and their owner can sell whale blubber to Greenpeace, but that new smell wears off fast, and you see the real deal. If they we're charging about half or 1/3 of what they're currently charging, then yeah, worth it then.
