Totally unreliable! I called them for a small roof and gutter problem. They were going to call back the next day to set an appointment. They never did! The company that came out discovered that I needed a whole new roof, which I had suspected. So now someone else will get my thousands of dollars to replace my roof. Too bad Roof Pro!

RoofPro is terrible. They came to my house a gave me a quick estimate, taking pictures and everything. That part went well, and there were positive reviews online, so I decided to go with them. They sent people to replace my roof, but they came without the proper paperwork and did not speak English. They were unable to start work until they contacted the people who came out before, and since they could not contact the people who did my estimate, they had to leave. After hours of trying to get a hold of someone, I finally heard back from the company. They rescheduled me and blamed the people they sent out to do the roof. They came at the later date and did the work without issue. I should note that they came to my house when they said they would both times, but it took hours to arrange this, as I could not get anyone on the phone.



They subcontracted the insulation work without telling me. An entirely different contracting company sent those people out to my house (Accurate Insulation). Accurate Insulation is wonderful, but they were not able to work without payment. RoofPro already took my money for the insulation, and I was not about to pay for the same thing twice, so we tried to contact RoofPro. Again, no response. Accurate Insulation had to leave and once again reschedule. Accurate Insulation finally got in touch with RoofPro about payment, and RoofPro told them I was responsible for paying. After several phone calls between both companies, RoofPro told me that it was all a "misunderstanding" and that I would have to pay for the insulation. They insisted they would take it off their bill to me.



Accurate Insulation is here doing the work now. If RoofPro charges me for it, I'm going to flip out.

So bad I can't put in to words $1200 for 2 1/2 work still leaks , I wanted to put zero stars but the program wouldn't let me. Email me

I called several companies to take a look at my roof. Roof Pro LLC was very responsive, returned my phone call, showed up on time and was honest about the condition of my roof. I needed some repair, which they did right on the spot. They even showed me the worn parts that they had replaced. I would highly recommed this company to anyone who is looking for an honest reliable roofing company.

After calling a different contractor and having him not show up for the appointment, I called this company and they came out (actually came earlier than the appointed time!) gave me an estimate and competed the work right then and there! I would highly recommend this company!

We had received 5 different proposals to replace our roof only to unanimously agree on Roof Pro LLC. The whole process was painless. A job we thought would take weeks was completed in a weeks time from the signing of the contract to the completion of a brand new roof. We could not be pleased more. The team was extremely professional and hard working. Our roof surpassed all of our expectations.
