Boarded my 80lbs lab for a long weekend and found staff to be extrememly friendly. This was my first boarding experience and I was impressed that they took the time for a full tour, took notes about my dog's neurotic feeding habits and, to put it delicately, evacuation rituals, and even helped by having the onsite vet administer an updated vaccination as well as clip her overgrown nails. The rates were equal to what I typically pay and I've recommended to many friends. When I had a last minute schedule change and called to extend a day they were very gracious even though they were booked. They even had my dog washed (included int he rate) when I came to pick her up. Nexxt time I'll opt for the day care and access to the pool since those dogs looked like they were at the equivalent of Disneyland.
