Mr. Cohen has been one of the best Workers Comp. Attorney there ever is. He is very adimant about your well being and he makes sure that his priority is you. All of his staff are very well supportive and attentive when you are present in or out of his office. I highly reccomend Phil Cohen to any body in need who has been inured either at work or injured that you can honestly defined a reasonable injury that needs an attorney.

No return phone calls (He tells the office staff not to make long distance phone calls). Talks 100mph in circles and 1 year after hiring him I am still waiting for my surgery... Changed lawyers and he took over a month to forward my medical and case records. NO E-mail, Faxes stack up on his desk inches deep. Stuck in the dinosaur ages. I definately do no recommend getting mixed up with this guy.
