Ashby is a very sincere individual, dealing with my self and my mother is a task that should be made only for the strong. On top of dealing with my family the DA wanted to take me to trial and give me the max sentence which was 29years. The deal before trial was 22 years. From the beginning of my case i was told by different lawyers to take the 23 year deal offered to me at prelim. Knowing that my max was 29years i decided to say no i would rather risk trial, but knew i had to find a lawyer. Ashby found me and took me to trial and got my sentence knocked down to 6 years after the first trial.
