Emi Latham, MD, is a board-certified emergency physician who specializes in undersea and hyperbaric medicine. Her expertise includes preventing and treating disease and injury in divers and other individuals working in altered atmospheric conditions. Dr. Latham completed a fellowship in undersea and hyperbaric medicine at UC San Diego School of Medicine. During her fellowship she trained at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the National Baromedical Services in Columbia, S.C., and Long Beach Memorial Hospital. She completed a residency in emergency medicine at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Latham earned her medical degree from The Medical College of Ohio.
