Just got off the phone with Brain’s Jumper service. I can not believe their customer service. This is my first time ordering a jumper for my sons birthday and am not familiar with how this process works. I called the number on their site Saturday morning for general questions. They informed me I would need to call during the week as they do not handle business inquiries on the weekend. I scanned the site and submitted my order online. When I called today to follow up I was given an astounding level of rude, aggressive, and condescending behaviors. The man on the phone kept talking over me. I told him that was not polite and if he could let me ask my questions. He then proceeded to raise his voice, kept repeating himself to not let me get a word in, then hung up on me. I’ll be sure to put this review into every site possible. Being treated this way with absolutely no patience to a new customer is not okay. Honestly, it’s terrifying to think you could trust this company with the safety of our kids.

I was going to rent from them,I called a few times and they were nice and polite so I put in my order. It was on a Friday, I called back about 10 mins later to see about changing it to oney son liked better and this time they where very rude, shot with answers and unhelpful with my questions. So rude that after I for off the phone I decided to start looking for a new company. I found one I liked better with same prices and even gave military discount. So I called back and got VM and left a message that I wanted to cancel and to call me back Monday to confirm they got my message. I also text them that I wanted to cancel. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. So this past Thursday I called to reconfirm they cancelled my order and they said they did. Saturday morning comes and at 7 am someone from their company is banging on my door and ringing like crazy. I answer thinking it's the new company I hired and was consfused as with both I had my order set up for 10 am and was like why are u here so early hang on let me get my husband.wgen we get back downstairs the guy is gone. I'm still thinking it is the new company I hired so I call asking him why they we're here so early and why they left. He assured me it wasn't them (he sounded half asleep himself) and when they came at 10 it was def not the same person so that is how I figured out it was someone from Brian's jumpers that showed up at my door at 7 am. I almost feel they did it in purpose to be spiteful as I start earlier we never had anything scheduled for anything before 10 am delivery As I am a disabled vet with terrable insomnia. Horrible company. Penguinsup is way better and same price plus they give you the military discount.

The bouncy house was beautiful (big castle), but it deflated THREE times (I will post pic) while 20 children were playing in it. All the parents run, we lift the plastic while others launched in to check for kids. A child can die suffocated that way. My husband called. The owner explained we should have called him when the THREE facts happened. I am flabbergasted: call while...? Please! No where in the contract it is written to call in case of deflation. BTW, hile you are afraid your child or a friend's child can be in danger or after when they are all screaming, the least think one think is to call Brian. I said my peace. None of my 30+ guests will ever rent from Brian's jumper. It this review gets deleted, it will be on yelp, Groupon if Brian's advertise there and outside my kids and my friend's kids schools. *of course no money back.

Pretty much everyone in my neighborhood uses Brian's Jumpers. They have

good prices and great service. Juan is super awesome to work with.

They set up quickly and pick up quickly as well. My son's birthday was

a blast. I ordered a very large combo jumper and they made it work

perfectly in my yard. Because of their super service I am using them

for my work place children's holiday party. 5+ stars!

Very good service! They called to confirm the delivery a few days prior and called the day of to let me know how far they were out. Very good communication. They were on time delivering and setting up. Will do business with them again!
