I'm truly hopeful for the first time in months!
Joanna is a gifted healer, and I know that she's going to help me find my way back to health and strength.
My first session was so peaceful and rewarding, and I'm experiencing less pain already.
We're going to continue the treatments for this bone spur issue, and then tackle the weight!
God is Good All The Time and in so many ways.

I had been going to another place that specialized in fertilty and did not feel I was accomplishing the true benefits of acupuncture there. I found Elements of Acupuncture last month and have been so pleased! It's true what they say about first impressions because my initial consultation with Molly already had me wishing I had been going there a long time ago. Molly was very thorough and made sure she had a true understanding of my condition and goals for treatment. The clinic is very modern and creates a very relaxing environment. Each treatment room is quiet, comfortable, and has its own temperature control setting. It is obvious they truly care about their patients.

If you ever were curious to have acupuncture and needed it, this is the place to go. just walking in gives you a sense of relaxation with calming music playing. My appt. was with Molly McMichael and she goes out of her way to make you comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I'm onto my 3rd visit soon and wouldn't choose another place!

I was a little hesitant to say the least when I was going to try accupunture for the first time. My fear of needles as a child only made my decision more difficult. However, those fears faded fast when I went in for my first treatment. Molly, one of the therapists on staff, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a heartfelt understanding (non-judgmental approach to my medical conditions) that you hardly ever receive when you go in for medical treatments at your local doctor's office. She explained to me what they could offer me in the form of pain therapy and came up with a regimen specifically designed for my medical needs. She is NOT trying to SELL you a service; She instead focuses on the therapeutic benefits of accupuncture for the individual. You can tell after you meet her for the first time that she a heartfelt love and understanding for what she does in regards to her profession. After my first treatment, I was a believer and felt better than I could remember in years. Give the holistic approach to medicine a try with Elements of Accupuncture (Molly is simply great!) I feel much better and I think you will as well.

I've been suffering from acute chronic upper back and neck pain for years. I've triedmy everything for relief: pain medication, chiropractors, massage, etc. The relief was only temporary and the pain was really affecting my quality of life. That's when I went to Elements of Acupuncture. My experience was super relaxing and enjoyable. The place is really nice, and the beds are very comfortable. My acupuncturist, Johanna Shelton, has cured my back pain. Now I only have to go back there once every few months for a tune up.

My experience with Elements of Acupuncture has been absolutely awesome. My sister had suggested Acupuncture as a solution to my Liver and Arthritis problems after she had seen some successful results on a TV show. I had some experience with Acupuncture several years ago which I would say was successful in helping me quit smoking.

I contacted Elements of Acupuncture and made my first appointment. Upon my first meeting with Molly, I knew I was in experienced hands. She is very knowledgeable in Acupuncture as well as other facets of Chinese medicine and herbal remedies.

The first meeting and interview with Molly to identify my problems and treatment plan were so detailed and professional I was really impressed. Molly really cares about her clients and it shows.

As for the success of my treatments all I can say is Wow! After two treatments I was no longer taking Aleve for my Arthritis and my energy level has increased dramatically. I received my third treatment today and I am expecting even more improvement.

I would highly recommend Molly at Elements of Acupuncture whether you are familiar with the treatment or just thinking of trying Acupuncture. If for nothing else just the relaxed and serene mood received from Acupuncture is well worth one visit.

I've been to most of the Acupuncture Clinics in San Antonio and Elements of Acupuncture is by far the best. She has already helped me with a host of problems to include Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Insomnia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). My ear was clogged with wax and I tried many things to get the wax out with no luck. I went for a treatment the next morning and she had the wax out in minutes. She has got all the pain out of my knees and has treated me for back problems with major relief of pain. She has formulated a tincture for my pain which is much more effective than pain pills or muscle relaxers. I suffered so much with allergies to mold this summer. She prescribed a herbal formula that is amazing. I usually only take once a day and it knocks them right out. She is formulating herbal formulas for my Insomnia and IBS. I get treatments twice a week and my health has improved rapidly.
