If I could give this establishment a zero star rating, I would. Stay away from this dry cleaners! I trusted the owner with a suede jacket to have cleaned. When I picked it up, it looked as if he washed it in a washing machine. I paid him $45.00 for his service unaware of the condition of the jacket until I went home. After noticing the condition of the jacket, I returned it to him immediately. He offered No Apology and refused to refund my $45.00 for ruing the item. He offered to do an insurance claim but could not give me a time frame or detailed information regarding the process for the claim. So I am out of $45.00 and a suede jacket!
