I had brand new curtains out of the packaging shortened. The work was very sloppy & unfinished. The fabric was not pressed or steamed before being measured & cut. The stitching is puckered, crooked & not neat. I am very upset the owner would not refund what I payed for the curtains to be altered. I can not use the curtains or send them back because the woman altered the curtain. I am out 150$ for the purchase of the curtains. 70$ alterations. I would not trust this business to do any work on my items. The tailor only accepts cash. I have been cheated out my hard earned cash.

I have been using Rome Tailoring for almost a decade now and am very particular about the fit and fashion of my clothes. Nadia and Jim (her husband) are the very best in satisfying my high standards when altering my pants, jeans, tops and suits. There charges are very reasonable compared to the high end stores I purchase my clothing at... Jim and Nadia are both very hard working people with a work ethic all of America should aspire to obtain. Rome Tailoring is my "go2 place" for any and all alterations PERIOD!
