Poor service

Damaged a dress I had alterations on. Took 3 days for the owner to even look at the damage. Will not go back.

horrible. the counter person never got off his personel phone call to help me. ask me my phone number and told me the cost. that was it. are you kidding me!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Rude, terrible service, and ITEMS WERE DIRTIER WHEN I PICKED THEM UP THAN WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF. I dropped off my items on Thursday, was promised they'd be finished by Monday. When I came there to pick them up, they hadn't even started working on them yet! And then acted like this was no big deal, like *I* had a problem because I was ticked off because they hadn't even called me to tell me they weren't done and they failed to deliver on their promise. He said he'd *try* to have them done by Tuesday, but they probably wouldn't be done until Wednesday. Called on Tuesday and the woman was *extremely* rude, said there was "no way" she could get them done before Wednesday. I thought perhaps they'd offer me a discount or even a complimentary service for my trouble, but nope, not even an "I'm sorry for the delay," nothing. The man at the desk when I picked my items up never even stopped his cell phone conversation to say "hello" to me. And THEN, when I got my pieces home and took them out of the bags, I realized that not only did they NOT CLEAN many of the pieces, they ADDED GREASE STAINS to one of them!!!!!! And when I called to inform them/complain, I was told "I know that I cleaned it" and asked, rudely and incredulously, "what stain did I *supposedly* add?" Oh, the BLACK GREASE STAINS just appeared out of nowhere, right? Took to another cleaner to have it *professionally* cleaned and am sending them the bill. If they don't pay it, they'll see me in court. Inexcusable. I don't know how they stay in business.

I sued them and won!

The owner of this company "Marty" ruined my comforter and would not take responsibility for it. In court he lied through his teeth and the judge decided there was a "misunderstanding between the two of us". This is not true but the man lied so this is what the judge felt was best to do. This place got their blood all over my comforter also they made all the stuffing in it fall to the bottom. Then he laughed about it. This is the owner! If you know whats good for you, you'll stay far away from his business. He owns one in Clinton Township and one in St. Clair Shores. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. He has no regard for customer complaints and will not own up to his mistakes. I am telling everyone this because I care. Im tired of big businesses treating the customers rude and not caring about our feelings. Its time we all make a stand. Trust me, go somewhere other then Martinizing drycleaners.
