I would have given it 0 stars if the system allowed me to. Worst service ever. I was told that I would be able to split the races purchased before between 2 drivers and I was planning on buying more. All the girl at the front desk kept saying was "no we don't do that." She never looked to see if a 1 timessage exception could be made.

When we visited k1 speed we were in a race with on of their employees. We listen to the rules, we are to to pull over and let passing Carts go through when a blue and yellow flag is waved. In the race the k1 employees was aggressively racing. When he came to my daughter he was so aggressive and inpatient and not to wait for her to move, they crashed so bad the cart was destroyed. Waiting for the employee to limp it off track and watching my daughter pinned up against the wall, was not an experienced we are happy with. All of it was unacceptable, so we asked for a manager. George helped us in the worst way. Sticking up for the employee who failed to follow rules. I asked for a refund because that was our first of three races. George obviously had plans not to refund our money. He chose to delete our remaining two races I paid for and give us a recipe saying he credit my credit card. He falsely did not return any of our money to the card.

Fun indoor race kart track. Kid friendly and fun for the family. Pricey but a nice treat. Not in the greatest location but exit close to the highway. Staff helpful and courteous.

Went here with my boyfriend it's kind of pricey but it's a lot of fun! They print out a spread sheet of your times showing your best and worst lap time.
