I purchased a groupon from this Big O that allowed me to get 3 oil changes at a reduced price. I was able to use it once. When I tried for a second time I was told I'd have to wait two weeks. I ended up taking it somewhere else because I was going on vacation. I called today and was told I would have to wait 2.5 wks! My groupon expires next month. They r not a honorable establishment. Guess what I need to tires! If I could have gotten my oil changed they would have sold some tires. Im forced to give it a star, otherwise I won't give them any. Crooks

horrible service, jared rice is a money hungry individual who is all about profit, I would rate this a zero if there was an option, took my car in for a oil change and had to come back three times after because of an oil leak, and every time I came back Jared Rice will try and sell me tires. He than said "well if you had purchased something else besides an oil change, you won't have any leaks, I got great tire specials" never coming back , ever
