Wow! These guys did an amazing job!!! They had an amazing $299 whole house special (up to 4000 sq ft). I had some pet stains from a long long time ago. I had the pad replaced but couldn't afford to replace the whole carpet and these carpet cleaning geniuses got all of the stains out!! I've had other companies that have tried to remove these stains but couldn't. My carpet looks new again. Able and his crew were not only professional and friendly they were super fast. They gave me an estimate of 2 - 21/2 hours for my 2600 sq foot 2 story house and they only took 1 1/2 hours!! They also helped my husband move some furniture to make sure they cleaned every possible inch of carpet they could. They unfortunatly couldn't get some red crystal light stains out, but that stuff is impossible to remove. I highly recommend 2nd Generation to everyone!

We live with two dogs and so carpet cleaning is a bi-annual necessity. I have used 2nd Generation Carpet Cleaning twice now and they have always exceeded my expectations as well as being reasonably priced. In addition, their staff is very responsive and professional. I've enjoyed their services so far and look forward to obtaining their services in the future.
