I was sent an email bu Uhaul after using one of their trucks telling me I could bring my used boxes in to any location. I brought them in to this dealer and most of the staff were very nice until I was bringing the boxes into the store and was shouted at across the room about the placement of boxes. Apparently he did not like it that I had placed 2 boxes beside the container while I was going back and forth getting the other boxes from my vehicle. Apparently Mike does not know how to deal with customers. To scream across the room is not a good way to handle dialogue with customers. When I informed Mike that I had been asked by email to bring the boxes in. He state and who sent you an email. I told him your company uhaul sent me the email.
