I'm new to the area and looked up reviews for pawn shops and found premiere. They are the mostly friendliness and caring people. Couldn't have asked for better service. If it was possible to give them ten stars i would. They are so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely love them. You can't go wrong and they have a great selection

they was very helpful with good customer service no problem they even work with you on the price so it could be manageable to buy or put on layaway.

After spending thousand in there store what made me not shop there no more was because they sold me a damage necklace and been told that the necklace was stretch by me and I have not even had it on which I found out that it was damage because I cleaned it and then you can notice it the damage never known that I will have any problem with them

I went to pawn a pair of big gold earrings. First they low balled me then told me to go get earrings which were in my house down the street. They told me they would wait for me. Got there right at six. Doors were locked and they ignored me. Been going there for quite awhile. I will go where I am treated fair and with respect. Never Again!

I understand what you mean I came in to pawn in my tv for an certain price. The management said no but we can do it for this price....ok meanwell i was being switch to 3 different employeeess the last one did my paperwork ,and when he did he said i sold them my tv which was an 42'in plasma for 50,00. when i went back back for my tv 3 weeks later it was too late cuz they claim they sold it............those non professionall bihs stole my tv ....WHO WILL SELL AN 42' FOR 50.00 SERIOUSLY But never again will i go deal with them again ,. When they seen they made a mistake all of them even management tried to cover there butts

I've been many times to Premier and purchased from t.v.'s to top of the line jewelry and I have not have any problem, their staff is very professional; but sad to say that the girl that manages the store gives "Premier" a very bad name. She personally assisted me once and treated me like she wanted to get rid of me fast, extremely rude to me and very unprofessional manners, I couldn't understand why. Also, having employees smoking in front of the business gives such a low rapport to the store is unbelievable. I really like the merchandise and prices, but that lady has to change her demeanor around customers because, you will loose lot's of business! Sorry to say, but will never, go back again!!!! Hire a better manager!

I bought a tennis bracelet for my wife's birthday and she loved it! It was gold with diamonds. There were many other items to choose from. A few weeks later I came in and bought a guitar at a great price. I now come in often to buy gifts for my family. Thanks Justin.

I needed some money and so I took my jewelry. The place was so clean and nice looking. I thought I was in an upscale jewelry store. Everyone there was really nice and the owner himself helped me. I needed to borrow $500 and they were able to get me what I needed with no hassles. They really do give more money. This was definately the best experience I ever had at a pawnshop. I was so impressed I had to come home and write this review. Thanks Premiere Pawn! Keep up the good work helping the community!
