I only wish I would have seen these reviews now before I let this theif into my home. This isn't even a real business! There's a reason this man doesn't provide you with his last name! He doesn't take enough pride and confidence in the work he does to put his last name out there because he doesn't want to get sued! He doesn't even have the address listed on either one of these listings! I've showed up to both places with the police. He stole over $300 worth of my property!!! BLACKLIST HIM!

Do not Use! Unprofessional and doesn't honor his "guaranteed" work. Came out to clean my carpets in a new rental I was moving into. Promised he could remove the odor from the carpets. Charged me way more money than I really had, I'm on disability and told him this, but he guaranteed his work. Next day, carpets still way over soaked and odor was even worse! HE promised to come out, but something came up. promised to come out the next day.. Hmmm of course, no showed and wouldn't answer his phone! Not someone you want to do business with! You would get better results renting your own machine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Doesn't deserve any stars! Negative 10 is what I would rate him.
