My wife called and told the people at Danny's TV & Appliance in Norman, OK what we already knew was wrong with our washing machine. I already removed the front lower panel from the washing machine. They never said on the phone that they do not stock parts for a Kenmore and parts would have to be ordered. But they did go ahead and send a technician out who spent less than 10 minutes in my house just to tell my wife what parts needed to be ordered and that would be a $90.00 service charge. Horrible way to make a living! I will be complaining to the BBB and the City of Norman. Do not recommend these people at all!

Excellent srvc top of the line products and fast prof install actually alot cheaper than competion so am glad I called for a comparison
