Well spoken, intelligent, and NICE phone receptionist, Amanda, and technician, Ray. Amanda called me the day I called AHS to schedule my appointment and called back later to say that a cancellation allowed me an earlier appointment. Thanks! She called me the day of the appointment to let me know the window when the service technician would arrive. She was very articulate and professional. The technician arrived on time, was also very professional, intelligent, and got the job done fast and correct the first time. Outstanding team and job well done.
