This is my third time to deal with Carlos from Braniff Body shop. this is a clear example of what excellent customer service should to be. He did excellent work on my leased Vehicle Mercedes Benz. Carlos was available any time when I had a concern regarding the whole process. all my expectations were met with 100 % of accuracy. in addition; he guided me with the process of car rental since i have not that cover on my policy.
